It is free to contact us and tell us your situation

Please feel free to contact us anytime by email and by phone during business hours.

If you have an urgent enquiry:

Before you call, send us an email with your information so we can get back to you as quickly as possible with exactly what is necessary. NZ immigration law is very complex and changes often and we will usually need to time to research your situation. To be able to do this we need to see any letters from Immigration New Zealand that you have, your current visa, or any other documents that are relevant to your case. If you are in a hurry, send us all of these documents by email with a brief explanation of your situation first. Once we have done the necessary legal research we may direct you to make an appointment, call, or send you a written response depending on the case.

What is free and what do I have to pay for?

To contact us is free, we will briefly assess your case and situation for free also. To receive advice will cost depending on the amount of help you need. We will always tell you how much things will cost and we will not start any work until we have your written agreement. Generally it will not cost you anything just to find out what you need to do and what is possible in your situation, but it will cost when you need specific answers to your questions.

How will I know when I need to pay?

We will send you an invoice or email confirmation of anything that will be charged, before you choose to accept the service. If we do not send you an invoice, or tell you that you need to pay, then you can be safe to think that it is free.

What information can I get for free?

We will tell you if you have a chance, which means that we will accept your case. We will also tell you if you don't have a chance, and briefly the reasons why it looks to be impossible for you. We will not accept cases where there is no chance of success, so this check and the results are always done for free, unless a lot of investigation is necessary. We will also give you general information that will help you to decide what to do next, so that you can make an informed choice.
