Partnering with us

If your business is interested in partnering with us to provide legal immigration services to your clients or staff, please fee free to contact us. We work with a wide variety of other businesses to provide specialist services for businesses, and clients or workers of the business. We have flexibility to provide a wide range of services to any specific extent that might fit the needs of your business of client.

There are some procedural and ethical restrictions put in place by the immigration Advisers Authority / NZ Government in terms of openness and eliminating conflicts of interest, so before we can start work we will discuss how our relationship will work and set up a mutually beneficial arrangement that passes all ethical and legal requirements to produce a partnership that is long lasting and stable.

What can we do for you?

The types of partnership that we are able to do and are currently involved in with businesses are:

  • looking after visa applications for your clients
  • planning immigration pathways for your clients and making sure the pathway you might recommend is possible and beneficial to the client
  • Total coordinated care with your HR department to ensure employer supported applications are legal, do not place your business at risk and allow for a high rate of application success to retail vital workers
  • Applying for work visas for HR recruiting companies

What don't we do?

The types of partnerships which we are not involved in and are not able to establish are:

  • Student recruiting - we do not look for students to send to schools
  • Job search - we do not look for work for clients directly, but we are partnered with HR recruiters which do this
  • Anything illegal and unethical - all partnerships must be morally, legally and ethically sound.

Please feel to contact us with your ideas for a business partnership. Please let us know what you would like us to do for you and what you can do for us, and the overall details of the business.
